• have proven experience in agile projects (preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach)
• have a broad knowledge of agile procedures and methods 
• know how to test in an agile environment and have an eye for quality

• are confident at all levels of an organization and feel comfortable in the "spotlight" as well
• regard learning as a culture, which you demand, but also promote

Everybody is different; personal requirements and circumstances aren’t the same. We are an international company. However, a lot of our projects are with German speaking partners and/or customers. Sound knowledge of German and English and your willingness to travel occasionally is therefore a basic requirement for successful project work.
